NOVELTY - Aqueous paste with high density and gel density is claimed. USE - The high density aerogel paste is used in processing polymer material as thermal insulation additives (claimed). Can also be used in thermla insulating composite material e.g. thermal insulation composite sheet, sheet board, and composite sheet board. ADVANTAGE - The paste has density of 0.85-1.17 g/cm3, and aerogel content of 4.6-15 wt.%. The high density gas gel aqueous paste: has good density matching; does not generate dust; can be better dispersed in the polymer matrix; greatly improves the heat insulation performance of the material; and solves the problem that the gas gel low density and high polymer mixing difficulty and dust pollution caused by the problem of dust. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the high density aerogel paste comprising mixing the aerogel powder, water, dispersant, and inorganic filler for 10-180 minutes at a rotating speed of 1000-5000 revolutions/minute (rpm).
