NOVELTY - A composite nanofiber lithium battery separator coating material comprises 2.5-5 pts. wt. polyimide, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. palladium nitrate, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. yttrium oxide, 2.5-5 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 2.5-5 pts. wt. sodium hypochlorite, 2.5-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide whiskers, 1-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 22-34 pts. wt. zinc powder, 1-3 pts. wt. attapulgite, 2-3 pts. wt. red iron oxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, and 12-16 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Composite nanofiber lithium battery separator coating material. ADVANTAGE - The composite nanofiber lithium battery separator coating material has greatly reduced dosage of zinc powder, improved coating conductivity and hardness, simple preparation method, and good environmental protection and anti-corrosion performance.
