▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous paint having paint film capable of being adsorbed by magnets comprises 200-280 pts. wt. pure water, 300-500 pts. wt. aqueous varnish emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-20 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 200-300 pts. wt. nano-magnetic composite filler, 2-6 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-8 pts. wt. thickening agent and 30-30 pts. wt. film-forming aids. The nano-magnetic composite filler is prepared by (i) preparing graphite oxide using certain quality of flake graphite, (ii) peeling and dispersing the graphite oxide by ultrasound and thermal expansion to obtain graphene oxide colloid, and (iii) fully mixing the graphene oxide colloid and the magnetic metal powder evenly, and reducing and eliminating the oxidized groups on the surface of the graphene oxide colloid by using a strong reducing agent and hydrazine hydrate, filtering the product and washing until neutral, drying and grinding to obtain the nano-magnetic composite filler. USE - Used as aqueous paint having paint film capable of being adsorbed by magnets. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous paint: utilizes nano-magnetic composite filler, which disperses more uniformly the traditional metal filler in the coating, ensures large amount of metal powder filler is deposited, and thus the surface of the coating lacks conductive metal particles; contains graphene sheet-type structure, which increases the connection of conductive particles in the coating, and forms more conductive channels and improves the conductivity of the coating surface; utilizes lithium silicate aqueous solution, sodium silicate and magnesium oxide, which has excellent mechanical property, and physical and chemical stability, and improves the high temperature resistance of the magnetic coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous paint, comprising (1) preparing aqueous varnish emulsion and nano-magnetic composite filler respectively, (2) placing the aqueous varnish emulsion, solvent pure water, dispersant, antifoaming agent, organic bentonite, thickening agent and anti-settling agent into a dispersing cylinder, performing high-speed dispersion using a high-speed disperser, adjusting the speed to 1200 revolutions/minute, and performing dispersion for 30 minutes, (3) dispersing the aqueous varnish emulsion and solvent evenly, adjusting the speed of the disperser to 300-500 revolutions/minute, slowly adding the prepared nano-magnetic composite filler, adjusting the speed of the disperser to 900 revolutions/minute after the powder is completely added, and dispersing for 30-50 minutes, and (4) uniformly dispersing the nano-magnetic composite filler, aqueous varnish emulsion and solvent, adding various additives including antifoaming agent and leveling agent, adjusting the disperser speed to 1200 revolutions/minute, and dispersing for 1-1.2 hours to obtain uniform aqueous paint.
