NOVELTY - A composite foam material comprises 47-53 pts. wt. natural rubber, 32-36 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 8.5-11.5 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 5-7 pts. wt. nanomedium, 2-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3.5-4.5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1.5-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 2-2.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-4 pts. wt. flow aid, and 2-2.2 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Composite foam material for surfboard. ADVANTAGE - The composite foam material low density, ultra lightness, low water absorption rate, high tensile strength, and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite foam material, which involves feeding natural rubber into internal mixer, masticating at 144-148 degrees C for 12-14 minutes to discharge material, storing in room temperature for more than 50 hours, feeding processed natural rubber with butyl rubber, isoprene rubber, nanomedium, graphene, fumed silica, zinc oxide, heat stabilizer, and flow aid into mixer, mixing for 11-14 minutes at 84-87 degrees C, and 105-108 degrees C, smelting for 9-12 minutes, adding crosslinking agent and foaming agent, mixing at 118-122 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, sending mixed rubber mixture to open mixer, thinning 2-4 times on open mixer to obtain tablets of open rubber mixture, sending open rubber mixture into mold for hot-press foaming, cooling, and molding.
