▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high performance anti oxidation coating on surface of carbon-ceramic composite material comprises performing surface polishing treatment to the matrix composite material, depositing the silicon carbide coating by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, brushing the composite slurry on the silicon carbide coating deposited by CVD, sintering to obtain the graphene composite coating, where the composite slurry contains at least graphene and high melting point metal, the high melting point metal is molybdenum, zirconium and/or titanium, the usage amount of the high melting point metal is the 50-200 wt.% graphene, the outermost layer uses CVD process to deposit the silicon carbide coating, the anti-oxidation coating is prepared by heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing high performance anti oxidation coating on surface of carbon-ceramic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good bonding performance and good wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high performance anti oxidation coating on surface of carbon-ceramic composite material, prepared as above-mentioned method.
