▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-supported noble metal composite oxide volatile organic compound catalyst contains graphene as carrier. The multi-layer surface of the carrier is distributed with a base coating. The base coating is selected from titanium dioxide, cerium-zirconium solid solution and oxide catalyst. The base coating is distributed with a noble metal catalyst. USE - Graphene-supported noble metal composite oxide volatile organic compound catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-supported noble metal composite oxide volatile organic compound catalyst has high catalytic activity and high volatile organic compound conversion rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-supported noble metal composite oxide volatile organic compound catalyst, which involves mixing oxide catalyst, titanium dioxide and cerium-zirconium solid solution, adding water for 8-12 hours, grinding to obtain slurry with solid content of 20-40% and powder particle size of 10-20 mu m, using graphene as carrier, immersing the carrier in base coating slurry, so that the slurry is distributed on the surface of graphene carrier, blowing compressed air at 0.1 MPa to remove excess slurry from graphene surface, drying at 140 degrees C for 3 hours, calcining at 500 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain semi-finished product, immersing semi-finished product in 1 %mass concentration of platinum nitrate solution for 1 minute, blowing compressed air at 0.1 MPa to remove excess liquid from graphene surface, drying at 110 degrees C for 3 hours, heating at 600 degrees C for 4-5 hours and cooling to obtain final product.
