NOVELTY - Conductive rubber comprises rubber matrix, carbon fillers, vulcanizing agents, accelerators and antioxidants. The structure of the conductive rubber is n layers of rubber films, n is greater than or equal to 3, and n is a natural number. The n-layer rubber film has a symmetrical structure based on the center layer. The carbon filler content of the center rubber film is the maximum added amount, and the carbon filler content of the top and lowest rubber films is the conductive percolation threshold content. The content of carbon-based fillers decreases linearly from one side of the center layer, n layers of rubber film have the same width. The central rubber film comprises 100 parts carbon-based filler, 0.1-8 parts maximum filling amount curing agent, 0-10 parts accelerator, and 0-5 parts anti-aging agent. USE - Used as conductive rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low cost and obvious use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the conductive rubber comprising (a) preparing the n-layer rubber film, (b) laying n layers of rubber films according to the conductive rubber structure, (c) pressing and vulcanizing the laid n-layer rubber film, where the vulcanization pressure is not more than 1 MPa to obtain conductive rubber; and (2) Use of conductive rubber comprises placing the rubber in a good conductive rubber solvent and connected to a resistance meter to realize the solvent response of the conductive rubber.
