NOVELTY - Highly elastic stain-resistant aqueous graphene metal antirust primer comprises 39-42 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 7.1-8.1 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 5.9-6.9 pts. wt. graphene, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. dimethylformamide, 5-6 pts. wt. E-51 epoxy resin, 25-28 pts. wt. yew bark, 0.8-0.9 pt. wt. sodium hyaluronate, 11-13 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide sol, 1.8-1.9 pts. wt. aluminate coupling agent DL-411, 17-19 pts. wt. pigment, and required amount deionized water. USE - Highly elastic stain-resistant aqueous graphene metal antirust primer. ADVANTAGE - The highly elastic stain-resistant aqueous graphene metal antirust primer has improved hardness, chemical resistance, water resistance, corrosion and rust resistance, and contamination resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of highly elastic stain-resistant aqueous graphene metal antirust primer comprising drying yew bark, grinding, sieving by 120-140-mesh sieve, adding styrene-acrylic emulsion, adding in high speed mixer, high speed stirring for 10-15 minutes, high temperature treating at 560-610 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding titanium dioxide sol, ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes to obtain modified mixed powder, adding sodium hyaluronate with 1-2 times by weight deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding aluminate coupling agent DL-411, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene and E-51 epoxy resin, stirring to mix uniformly, putting under 85-95 degrees C water bath, standing for 8-10 hours, putting into a mixer, high speed stirring at 10000 revolutions/minute for 30 seconds, filtering and washing to neutral, drying to obtain modified graphene, cleaning waste polystyrene foam, airing, crushing, adding 1.5-2 times by weight of mixed solvent under stirring condition, completely dissolving, adding acrylate emulsion and dimethylformamide, stirring uniformly, putting under water bath at 55-65 degrees C, quickly stirring for 20-30 minutes, obtaining modified acrylate emulsion, adding the modified mixed powder and modified graphene into deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding pigment under stirring condition, high speed stirring for 30-60 minutes, ball milling to particle diameter of less than 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion, continuously dispersing uniformly, 0.1 MPa vacuum degassing for 1-2 hours, filtering and discharging.
