▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a first graphene film (G1) with a first edge which is parallel with a first direction that is along flow path. A second edge which is parallel with a second direction is different from first direction. The first graphene film has shape of band that extends in second direction. A first electrode (D1) is electrically connected to first edge of the first graphene film that is parallel with first direction. A second electrode (D2) is electrically connected to third edge of first graphene film which is opposed to first edge that is parallel with the first direction. USE - Sensor e.g. biosensor such as ion sensor, enzyme sensor, DNA sensor, antigen or antibody sensor or protein sensor for detecting detection target substance. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor detects the detection target substances at the same time with high sensitivity by monitoring the extent of the modulation of the edge state-induced electron conduction characteristics of graphene films of different line widths. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method of manufacturing a sensor that detects a detection target substance.
