NOVELTY - Method for preparing titanium oxide-alumina-graphene ceramic electrode, involves (i) mixing alumina, titanium oxide, zinc, zinc oxide and graphene solid powder to the material ratio to obtain a uniform mixture, (ii) milling the above mixture using a binder for 6 hours to prepare a ceramic powder, and granulating the ceramic powder to control the moisture content of the particles at 5 wt.% having particle size of 40-80 mesh, (iii) preparing the ceramic particles into a ceramic blank with a thickness of 5 mm in a mold under a pressure of 1000 kg/m2, (iv) heat treating the ceramic blank at 80 degrees C for 24 hours to remove moisture content and organic binders from the blank, (v) sintering the heat-treated ceramic blank in a vacuum furnace at 1500 degrees C for 12 hours, (vi) fluorinating the sintered ceramic plate obtained in step (v) in an aqueous 5% ammonium fluoride solution at a concentration of 5 wt.% for 24 hours, and (vii) drying the fluorinated ceramic plate at 65 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing titanium oxide-alumina-graphene ceramic electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts oxygen defect construction technology, is suitable for large-scale industrial wastewater advanced treatment, has high electrical conductivity, excellent stability and large electrochemically active area.
