NOVELTY - A method comprises providing metal powder and graphene nano-sheet dispersion liquid, the graphene nano-sheet dispersion liquid comprises graphene nano sheet, the mass ratio of the metal powder and the graphene nano sheet is (100-1000):1, placing the metal powder in the cavity of the pressure casting machine, placing the graphene nano-sheet dispersion in the pressure casting machine, under the action of injection, the graphene nano-sheet dispersion liquid enters the cavity of the pressure casting machine to mix with the metal powder, drying the mixture to obtain graphene metal mixed powder, and forming and sintering the graphene metal mixed powder. The graphene nano-sheet dispersion liquid is a dispersion system containing graphene nano-sheet and a second dispersant, and the second dispersant includes water, ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, N,N-dimethylformamide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. USE - The metal composite material is useful for product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified metal composite material having pressure injection pressure of 10-40 MPa, injection speed of 0.5-4 m/second, and pressure maintaining time of 20-240 seconds.
