NOVELTY - A hair care composition comprises purified water, alkanediol, 0.001-30 wt.% hair protectant, 0.000001-30 wt.% graphene, quaternary ammonium cationic surfactants, and higher aliphatic alcohols. The hair protectant contains wheat protein hydrolyzate, collagen hydrolyzate and keratin hydrolyzate in a weight ratio of 1-2:1-2:1-2. The wheat protein hydrolyzate is fermented by inoculating the wheat protein with microorganisms, separating the wheat protein fermented product by centrifugation into a precipitate and a supernatant, extracting the precipitate with hot water to obtain an extract, and mixing the supernatant and the extract in a weight ratio of 2-5:1. The hot water extraction is performed at 70-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours using alkaline ionized water as a solvent. The alkaline ionized water contains 1-30 wt.% glycerin. The graphene is graphene encapsulated with cyclodextrin. USE - Composition used for hair care applications. ADVANTAGE - The composition maintains moisture inside the hair and prevents hair damage even by strong heat and pressure. The hair protectant contains wheat protein hydrolyzate, collagen hydrolyzate and keratin hydrolyzate in a weight ratio of 1-2:1-2:1-2. The higher aliphatic alcohol is at least one chosen from cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, and lauryl alcohol.
