NOVELTY - The method involves preparing slurry, where the slurry comprises 3-10 wt.% of graphene oxide, 1-10 wt.% of carbonaceous material and rest is water. A scraper is used to scrape the slurry on a bottom film to form a wet film, and drying process is performed on the wet film. Air is blown to an upper surface and a lower surface of the wet film to make air quantity of the upper and lower surfaces different. An infrared heater and a microwave heater are added to an upper layer of an oven, and a dry film is formed after baking. USE - Method for quickly drying a graphene film used in a 5G related electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables quickly drying the graphene film with high heat-conducting wave-absorbing carbon material, temperature and air amount of control, infrared heating, and microwave heating, thus realizing fast drying of the graphene film.
