NOVELTY - An aluminum-based composite material comprises 95-98 pts. wt. aluminum, 2.2-3 pts. wt. manganese, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. magnesium, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. silicon, 2.2-3 pts. wt. iron, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. nickel, 0.06-0.1 pt. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. zirconium hydride, 0.6-1 pt. wt. hexachloroethane, 0.6-1.1 pt. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.8-1 pt. wt. aluminum oxide, 0.23-0.3 pt. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 0.3-0.35 pt. wt. diatomite, 2.2-3 pts. wt. nano-stainless steel powder, 0.01 wt.% or less impurities, and deionized water. USE - Aluminum-based composite material for automobile components. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based composite material has high abrasion resistance, cracking resistance, improved safety, and produces automobile components with reduced maintenance cost.
