▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Biosensor comprises electrode made of electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ERGO) coated with indium oxide and being coupled to primary probe material for sensing target material, where the probe is coupled to enzyme and secondary susbtance and generates peak current on catalytic reaction of the enzyme with reduced graphene oxide coated electrode. USE - The biosensor is useful for sensing target substances in sample (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor is cost-effective and enables sensing of the target substance in sample with excellent sensitivity, selectivity and efficiency when compared to existing biosensors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method (M1) for manufacturing biosensor, involves (a) performing electrochemical reduction process for coating an electrode with indium oxide and graphene oxide, and (b) coupling obtained electrochemically reduced graphene oxide coated electrode to the above-mentioned probe; and (2) biosensing method (M2) involves (a) preparing the above-mentioned coated electrode, (b) contacting the electrode with the target substance in sample, and (c) allowing redox reaction to occur between the target substance and electrode and measuring current generated by catalytic reaction of the probe coupled with secondary substance with target substance.
