NOVELTY - The device has a quartz cuvette (1) comprising an incident light emergent face, and another quartz cuvette (2) comprising a light incident face. The quartz cuvette is filled with a single-wall carbon nano-tube dispersion liquid, and the latter quartz cuvette is filled with a single layer graphene dispersion liquid. A light path of the quartz cuvettes is 2-5 mm, and the single layer of graphene dispersion liquid and the single-wall carbon nano-tube dispersion liquid are processed using an ultrasonic degradation process. USE - Composite optical limiting device. ADVANTAGE - The device has single-wall carbon nano-tube dispersion effect with high damage threshold limit to guarantee protection devices to play a limiting role in a wide dynamic range of energy.
