▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified graphene oxide using graphene oxide as raw material comprises adding graphene oxide into water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and catalyst, where mass ratio of graphene oxide, water, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and catalyst is 1.0-3.0:800-1200:5.0-10.0:0.5-3.0, stirring to react at 30-45 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain black powder i.e. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified graphene oxide. The catalyst is 10 mass% hydrochloric acid or 10 mass% sulfuric acid. USE - Synthesis of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified graphene oxide using graphene oxide as raw material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the prior art problem of long reaction time and the use of organic solvent.
