NOVELTY - A heat radiation-thermoelectric fin (12a,12b) comprises a heterogeneous laminate of graphene and a thermoelectric inorganic material. USE - Heat radiation-thermoelectric fin is used for thermoelectric module for thermoelectric apparatus (all claimed) for electronic products, home appliances, automobiles and buildings. ADVANTAGE - The heat radiation-thermoelectric fin has excellent thermoelectric conversion efficiency.
