▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves mixing organic solvent with silicon rubber. A silicon rubber mixture is stirred. Ultrasonic oscillation is determined under action of catalyst and cross-linking agent. The organic solvent is volatilized. A graphene and silicon rubber mixture is dropped into a rotating platform. A piezo-resistive film is coated with two polyimide films that are covered with a metal electrode. An upper packaging film is covered on a lower package film. A hamburger structure is encapsulated with a flexible material packaging device to manufacture a composite material piezo-resistive sensor. USE - Graphene filled silicon rubber composite material piezo-resistive sensor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving sensitivity, measuring range and flexibility.
