NOVELTY - An antistatic, thermal conducting and wear-resistant tread rubber material comprises 40-60 parts mass soluble styrene butadiene rubber, 40-60 parts mass natural rubber, 0.5-5 parts mass graphene, 1-3 parts mass short carbon fiber, 10-40 parts mass carbon black, 10-40 parts mass silica, 2-5 parts mass stearic acid, 3-5 parts mass zinc oxide, 2-3 parts mass disulfosilane disulfide and 2-5 parts mass sulfur. USE - Antistatic, thermal conducting and wear-resistant tread rubber material for tire. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic, thermal conducting and wear-resistant tread rubber material has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistatic, thermal conducting and wear-resistant tread rubber material, which involves (1) mixing the raw materials at 30-60 rpm for 200-300 seconds, cooling to 40-70 degrees C, maintaining pressure at 0.55-0.65 MPa and filling coefficient at 0.55-0.75, (2) maintaining milling temperature at 50-60 degrees C, (3) extruding at screw speed of 1-25 rpm, barrel temperature of 70-80 degrees C, and (4) curing at 150-165 degrees C and 10-15 MPa for 15-25 minutes.
