NOVELTY - Overhead cable binding material comprises 60-28.8% PVC resin, 3-1.44% stabilizer, 100-48% PA-757K, 10-4.8% nano-zinc stannate, 0.3-0.144% UV absorber, 10-4.8% chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), 2-0.96% flame retardant, 12.5-6% graphene, 10-4.8% Kaolin, 0.3-0.146% antioxidant anti-UV agent and 0.2-0.11% lubricant, where degree of polymerization of PVC is 900-1500, the PA-757K is Zhenjiang Chimei acrylonitrile copolymer with glue content of 20%, the stabilizer is fatty acid salt, and the flame retardant is composite zinc stannate. USE - Used as overhead cable binding material. ADVANTAGE - The extrusion and discharge device: realizes the downward movement of the support plate through the electromagnetic adsorption of the second electromagnet, and achieves the effect of precise and quantitative raw material shaping according to the spacing value of the adjacent connecting sleeves, which significantly improves the accuracy of the raw material shaping of each section of the cable, and improves the plasticity of the cable; realizes indentation of multiple elastic connecting ribs is during the extrusion and discharge process of the support plate, which ensures drainage and mixing of the raw materials; realizes transfer of Joule heat to raw material through the elastic connecting ribs due to the cooperation between the conductive sheet and the conductive block, and thus enhances efficiency of raw material shaping.
