NOVELTY - Preparing high-vibration anode material involves feeding metal mixed salt solution, precipitant solution, and complexing agent solution continuously in the protective atmosphere with bottom liquid in reaction vessel for first mixing treatment and precipitation reaction. The first solid-liquid separation treatment is performed on overflowed reaction feed liquid after the precipitation reaction, obtained filter residue is returned to reaction vessel for minimum one reaction growth treatment. The feeding of metal mixed salt solution, precipitant solution and complexing agent solution is stopped when the precipitation reaches a predetermined particle size and a predetermined distance, reaction liquid in reaction container is aged, and second solid-liquid separation is carried out to obtain high-vibration solid precursor. The high-vibration precursor and lithium salt are subjected to second mixing treatment, and sintering treatment is performed to obtain high-vibration anode material. USE - Method for preparing high-vibration solid anode material used for preparing anode pole piece (claimed) for lithium ion battery used in electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide high-vibration anode material and anode pole piece with high vibration, good consistency, good conductivity and negligible preparation process loss. The solid-phase mixing ensures the uniformity of raw materials, and mixed raw materials are directly pressed and formed by hot pressure processing, which avoids tedious mixing process and enhances the high-vibration positive electrode. The adhesion force between material, conductive agent and metal powder reduces the deformation resistance of positive electrode, so that obtained positive electrode sheet has higher density and better conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anode pole piece, which involves mixing high-vibration anode material with a conductive agent, aluminum powder, and low-melting point metal powder, and subjecting to hot pressure processing to obtain anode pole piece.
