▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - 0.5-10 wt.% Graphene reactive emulsion is mixed with 100 wt.% vinyl chloride monomer, 0.3-2 wt.% emulsifier, 0.1-3 wt.% initiator (a), 0.1-2 wt.% pH-adjusting agent and 200-400 wt.% deionized water and modifier, and stirred for 60 minutes, to obtain seed emulsion. A reaction system is evacuated, nitrogen is supplied to the system, then seed emulsion, ethylene monomer, dispersant and initiator (b) are added to reactor, mixed, suspension-polymerized, unreacted vinyl chloride monomer is removed, centrifuged and dried, to obtain graphene-modified polyvinyl chloride resin composite. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified polyvinyl chloride resin composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene-modified polyvinyl chloride resin composite having high stable structure and improved machinery property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lyophilized graphene powder grafted by electrostatic adsorption or chemical reaction is mixed with deionized water and modifier, stirred and ultrasonically-dispersed, to obtain graphene reactive emulsion. The prepared 0.5-10 wt.% graphene reactive emulsion is mixed with 100 wt.% vinyl chloride monomer, 0.3-2 wt.% emulsifier, 0.1-3 wt.% initiator (a), 0.1-2 wt.% pH-adjusting agent and 200-400 wt.% deionized water and stirred for 60 minutes, to obtain seed emulsion. A reaction system is evacuated, nitrogen is supplied to the system, then seed emulsion, ethylene monomer, dispersant and initiator (b) are added to reactor, mixed, suspension-polymerized at 40-65 degrees C for 6-8 hours, unreacted vinyl chloride monomer is removed, centrifuged and dried, to obtain graphene-modified polyvinyl chloride resin composite.
