NOVELTY - The substrate has a substrate main body whose side is arranged with a functional structure and another side is formed with a static-electricity releasing film. The static-electricity releasing film is formed with three graphene conductive film layers. The functional structure is formed with a color filter layer and provided with a pixel circuit. USE - Display substrate for use in display panel of a display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate covers the static electricity releasing film on the substrate main body so as to quickly release accumulated electrostatic charge.
