NOVELTY - Preparing organosilicon elastomer, comprises mixing organic siloxane, chloroform solvent and catalyst under protective gas atmosphere, and stirring the reaction under ice bath conditions, dropwise adding blended solution of diisocyanate raw materials and first chloroform into mixed solution, continuously stirring under ice bath, and then stirring and reacting at room temperature, stirring and reacting blended solution of chain extender and second chloroform with elastomer product, removing the unreacted catalyst and the chloroform solvent in viscous product, and drying, dissolving precipitate in first organic solvent, placing in a polytetrafluoroethylene mold and drying, and subjecting prepolymer reactant to complex reaction with a metal salt to obtain metal coordination bonds and hydrogen bond synergistic repairs-based self-healing organosilicon elastomer. USE - The organosilicon elastomer is useful in flexible sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organosilicon elastomer: increases the molecular chain length and molecular weight of the polymer, thus improves the mechanical properties and sensitivity, and realizes self-healing. The flexible sensor is composed of organosilicon elastomer: has high mechanical properties and sensitivity; realizes self-healing; and contains adhesion layer which improves the adhesion between the conductive layer and the organosilicon elastomer, and prolongs the service life of the flexible sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing organosilicon elastomer, comprises mixing organic siloxane, chloroform solvent and catalyst under protective gas atmosphere, and stirring the reaction under ice bath conditions to obtain a mixed solution, dropwise adding blended solution of diisocyanate raw materials and first chloroform into the mixed solution, continuously stirring under ice bath, and then stirring and reacting at room temperature to obtain an elastomer product, stirring and reacting blended solution of chain extender and second chloroform with the elastomer product to obtain a viscous product, removing the unreacted catalyst and the chloroform solvent in the viscous product, and drying to obtain a precipitate, dissolving the precipitate in first organic solvent, placing in a polytetrafluoroethylene mold and drying to obtain a prepolymer reactant, and subjecting the prepolymer reactant to complex reaction with a metal salt to obtain metal coordination bonds and hydrogen bond synergistic repairs-based self-healing organosilicon elastomer. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: organosilicon elastomer prepared by above method; flexible sensor, comprising organosilicon elastomer, adhesive layer and a conductive layer sequentially formed on the surface of the organosilicon elastomer; and preparing flexible sensor, comprising taking organosilicon elastomer, and sequentially forming adhesive layer and conductive layer on the surface of the organosilicon elastomer.
