NOVELTY - Polyvinyl chloride supercritical foam composite material involves 80-88 pts. wt. polyvinly chloride, 7-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 16-19 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene modifier, 3-4 pts. wt. carboxylated double-walled carbon nanotubes, 2.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. nano silica, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.5-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2-2.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, and 3.5-4.5 pts. wt. antioxidants. USE - Polyvinyl chloride supercritical foam composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl chloride supercritical foam composite material has good mechanical property, low compression permanent deformation rate, excellent resilience, high elasticity, high cell density, small cell size (diameter), uniform foam, and good foaming effect, and improves the tensile strength of the polyvinylchloride supercritical foaming composite material.
