The graphene charger charges and discharges the graphene battery. A lithium battery (3) is connected in the main transformer. A main generator (9) generates power. The main generator supplies power for the main transformer. The main transformer is stored with electric energy. A recording instrument (16) is connected with a sensor and a main background connector (17). Back-up process of the recording instrument performs record information. USE - Nuclear power automobile. ADVANTAGE - The automobile is environment-friendly, and has speed, high safety performance, and reduces energy, petroleum energy, horsepower, fire, explosion and casualties war and accident.
