NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene stock solution for producing nanofibers, involves (1) mixing graphite powder and strong oxidizing mixture at mass ratio of 1:3, stirring and leaving the mixture still for 1 hour to obtain solution (A), (2) adding hydrogen peroxide to solution (A) and mixing well, the volume ratio of solution (A) and hydrogen peroxide is 7:5, and stirring for 30-60 minutes at rate of 110 rpm, leaving the mixture still for 2-3 hours to obtain solution (B), (3) adding high-potassium powder to solution (B), the mass ratio of solution (B) and potassium permanganate is 3:1, stirring for 25-55 minutes at 45-50 degrees C at rate of 135 rpm, ultrasonically vibrating for 30-40 minutes with frequency of 40-60 kHZ to obtain solution (C), (4) introducing chlorine gas into solution (C), and the volume ratio of solution (C) and chlorine gas is 10:13, reacting for 30-90 minutes and leaving still for 2 hours, ultrasonically vibrating, centrifuging and washing lower layer with deionized water. USE - Preparation of graphene stock solution for producing nanofibers. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene stock solution ensuring high production efficiency by simple and easy process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene stock solution for producing nanofibers, involves (1) mixing graphite powder and strong oxidizing mixture at mass ratio of 1:3 at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, stirring at 88 rpm and leaving the mixture still for 1 hour to obtain solution (A), (2) adding hydrogen peroxide to solution (A) and mixing well, the volume ratio of solution (A) and hydrogen peroxide is 7:5, and stirring for 30-60 minutes at rate of 110 rpm, leaving the mixture still for 2-3 hours to obtain solution (B), (3) adding high-potassium powder to solution (B), the mass ratio of solution (B) and potassium permanganate is 3:1, stirring for 25-55 minutes at 45-50 degrees C at rate of 135 rpm, ultrasonically vibrating for 30-40 minutes with frequency of 40-60 kHZ to obtain solution (C), (4) introducing chlorine gas into solution (C), and the volume ratio of solution (C) and chlorine gas is 10:13, reacting for 30-90 minutes and leaving still for 2 hours, ultrasonically vibrating for 60-90 minutes with ultrasonic frequency of 50-77 kHZ, centrifuging and washing lower layer with deionized water.
