▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Digesting graphite and graphene materials comprises (i) mixing graphite or graphene materials with a mixed acid including nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid to obtain a mixed liquid; and (ii) subjecting the mixture to microwave digestion under closed conditions to obtain the microwave heating digestion including heating program: room temperature to 100-120 degrees C, incubating for 8-12 minutes, heating to 150-170 degrees C, incubating for 8-12 minutes, heating to 210- 240 degrees C, heat preserving for 25-35 minutes. USE - The method is useful for digesting graphite and graphene materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not use strongly irritating and corrosive hydrofluoric acid, and only uses a mixed acid composed of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid, and controls microwave digestion conditions to achieve complete dissolution of graphite or graphene samples, can simplifies the composition of mixed acid, reduces the processing cost, and improves the measurement efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for measuring graphite, graphene material in silicon dioxide content, comprising (i) uniformly mixing mixed acid graphite or graphene material with nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid to obtain the mixed solution; (ii) placing the mixed solution under the sealed condition for microwave digestion to obtain the digestion solution, when the microwave digestion, using the following temperature program: room temperature to 100-120 degrees C, heat preservation for 8-12 minutes, heating to 150-170 degrees C, heat preservation for 8-12 minutes, heating to 210-240 degrees C, heat preservation for 25-35 minutes; and (iii) using silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry for measuring the content of silicon dioxide in the digestion solution, and converting the obtained graphite, and silicon dioxide content in the graphite material.
