NOVELTY - The sensor has a gas-sensitive material formed with a substrate. The gas-sensitive material is provided with a base plate surface. The gas-sensitive material is formed with an embellish graphene. A titanium-di-oxide bridge structure contains a nano particle. The nano particle is formed with the embellish graphene. Mass fraction of composite nanometer material is about 0.2% to 20%. Thickness of the gas-sensitive material is about 0.4 to 0.5 (mu) m. Diameter of the nano particle is about 1 micron to 5 microns. The titanium-di-oxide is formed as a monodisperse microsphere. USE - Ammonia gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better selectivity, high stability and restorative, and reduces working temperature performance.
