NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite electrode sheet involves preparing composite graphite powder by adding graphite oxide into alcohol solvent, ultrasonicating to obtain alcohol solution of graphene oxide followed by the addition of tin element and dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed solution. Graphene oxide and tin element are taken in weight ratio of 2:1. The obtained product is mixed uniformly with aqueous bonding agent in weight ratio of 30:1 to form coating solution which is coated uniformly on the surface of the copper foil. The coated copper foil is dried in vacuum at 120 degrees C for 5 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite electrode sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite electrode sheet in simple manner, and the product has high first charging and discharging efficiency, and reversible charge capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite electrode sheet involves preparing composite graphite powder by adding graphite oxide into alcohol solvent, ultrasonicating to obtain alcohol solution of graphene oxide followed by the addition of tin element and dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed solution. Graphene oxide and tin element are taken in weight ratio of 2:1. The obtained product is mixed uniformly with aqueous bonding agent in weight ratio of 30:1 to form coating solution which is coated uniformly on the surface of the copper foil. The coated copper foil is dried in vacuum at 120 degrees C for 5 hours and then phi 14mm stainless steel is used for punching electrode sheet. The electrode plate is placed in an 0.6mg/mL electrolytic cell. The electrolyte additive is added in the electrolyte in weight ratio of 100:2-2.5. The electrolyte additive comprises 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 1-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-12 pts. wt. bi-phenyl, 6-11 pts. wt. N,N-dimethyl-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide, 20-25 pts. wt. crown ether, 15-20 pts. wt. triethyl phosphate, 10-12 pts. wt. hexamethyl phosphazene, 5-8 pts. wt. carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, 5-10 pts. wt. super P carbon black and 5-13 pts. wt. vinyl sulfite. The two ends of electrode plate is supplied with voltage of 40-80 Volts direct current for performing electrophoresis. The obtained product is put into the baking plate, preheated to 50-80 degrees C for 30 minutes, subjected to high temperature reduction at 500 degrees C for 3 hours, then baked at 100-110 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours and finally cooled down to obtain graphene composite electrode sheet.
