NOVELTY - Preparing photocatalytic block comprises (i) adding n-butyl titanate to ethyl acetate, stirring uniformly, and thermostatically reacting for 10-20 minutes to obtain organic titanium liquid, (ii) placing carbon nitride foam in deionized water, ultrasonically cleaning for 20-30 minutes, and placing in oven for drying, (iii) uniformly spraying hydrogen chloride solution on the surface of the carbon nitride foam, and immersing the carbon nitride foam in anhydrous ethanol, sealing microwave reaction for 1-3 hours, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain surface roughened nitride foam, (iv) uniformly coating the organic titanium liquid on the surface of the carbon nitride foam, drying and placing in a methanol solution for electrolysis reaction for 2-4 hours, and taking out foam and drying to obtain titanium-nitride composite photo-catalytic perform, and (v) subjecting titanium-nitride composite photo-catalytic perform constant temperature ultraviolet light irradiation for 4-6 hours. USE - The photocatalytic block is useful for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic block: do not solves pollutes graphene in preparing graphene material.
