NOVELTY - Preparation of high-orientation high-power graphene heating film, involves mixing a polyamic acid organic solvent solution with 11-20 %mass, preferably 11-25 %mass graphene to obtain a mixed slurry, casting the mixed slurry into a film, drying after bidirectional stretching, and heating and imidizing. USE - Preparation of high-orientation high-power graphene heating film used in heating element of electric heating converter (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method regularly orients polyamic acid chain by stretching stress, and arranges graphene filler in the inducing film horizontally and directionally, and laps continuous conductive heat-conducting network. The stretching process effectively reduces the inner hole of heating film. The polyimide with regular orientation provides support and protection for the heating medium without additional adhesive. The obtained heating film has excellent flexibility, mechanical strength, thermal stability, heating efficiency, heating speed, heat transfer performance, and heat radiation efficiency, and enables fast and uniform heating of large area.
