▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reducing graphene oxide, comprises: inserting graphite under effect of in vitriol oil, phosphoric acid, potassium permanganate and sodium nitrate and graphite oxidation; purifying after oxidation to obtain oxidation product, and then carrying out layer and oxidation; stripping oxidation product to obtain stripped product and graphene oxide; and obtaining the reduced graphene oxide under action of sodium hydride, vitamin C, tea polyphenols and hydrazine. USE - The method is useful for reducing graphene oxide, which is useful in graphene conductive ink (claimed) in field of chemistry, wearable gas and motion sensors, functional textiles, surface modification of polymer films, functional coatings on metal surfaces, and Fifth Generation (5G) flexible antennas. ADVANTAGE - The method produces reduced graphene oxide which is used in prepared graphene ink to modify on the surface of paper, polymer film, textile, glass or metal by soaking or spraying or screen printing or digital printing, so that these materials have electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and gas sensing properties, the ability to transmit/receive electromagnetic waves, and applied to wearable gas and motion sensors, functional textiles, polymer film surface modification, metal surface functional coatings, flexible antennas and other products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: a graphene conductive ink, comprising 1-30 wt.% reduced graphene oxide, 10-50 wt.% conductive additives, 0-40 wt.% ink conditioner and 40-80 wt.% solvent; and preparing graphene conductive ink, comprising adding reduced graphene oxide, conductive assistant, ink conditioner in solvent, obtaining graphene conductive ink after fully mixing and dispersing, where the method for mixing and dispersing comprises mechanical stirring, ball milling and/or ultrasonic dispersion, the condition of the mechanical stirring is 100-2000 rpm, time is 1-24 hours, the conditions of ball milling are 100-350 rpm, time is 0.25-3 hours, the conditions of ultrasonic dispersion are 20-25 kHZ, power is 180-200 W, ultrasonic time is 10 minutes to 1 hour.
