NOVELTY - Organic zinc salt and thio-organic compound are stirred. 2-5 pts. wt. Initiator, 0.5-1.3 pts. wt. catalyst and 35-50 pts. wt. solvent are mixed, ammonia is supplied and aerated for 3-8 hours, to obtain reaction solution. The reaction solution is heated at 105-110 degrees C, stirred, subjected to sedimentation and ultrasonically treated. 9-13 pts. wt. Graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. additive and 1-4 pts. wt. dispersant are added to sedimentation solution and evenly stirred, to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is heated and distilled, to obtain buffer layer material. USE - Preparation of buffer layer material used for thin-film solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of buffer layer material by simple and environmentally-friendly method under mild reaction condition. The thin-film solar cell comprising the buffer layer material has excellent workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 20-25 pts. wt. Organic zinc salt and 23-29 pts. wt. thio-organic compound are stirred for 2-5 hours. 2-5 pts. wt. Initiator, 0.5-1.3 pts. wt. catalyst and 35-50 pts. wt. solvent are mixed, ammonia is supplied and aerated for 3-8 hours, to obtain reaction solution. The reaction solution is heated at 105-110 degrees C, stirred for 0.5-1.5 hours, subjected to sedimentation at 2-8 degrees C for 18-24 hours and ultrasonically treated. 9-13 pts. wt. Graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. additive and 1-4 pts. wt. dispersant are added to sedimentation solution and evenly stirred, to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is heated for 2-3 hours and distilled under reduced pressure, to obtain buffer layer material.
