NOVELTY - A graphene composite photocatalyst has heterogeneous surface structure having graphene layers and semiconductor photocatalyst covered with graphene layers. USE - Graphene composite photocatalyst is used for purifying air, treating sewage, preparing hydrogen with photolysis water and synthesizing alcohol or hydrocarbon fuel through carbon dioxide photocatalyst reduction (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite photocatalyst has high absorptivity and antioxidant activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene composite photocatalyst, which involves dispersing semiconductor photocatalyst containing titanium dioxide in deionized water, adding graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically processing, adding alcohol to obtained dispersed solution, evacuating oxygen dissolving in solution, drying obtained graphene composite photocatalyst, separating the dried product from filter paper and grinding.
