▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has a treatment unit (100) that is provided with an inlet (116) for receiving a treatment fluid stream into the treatment unit. A filtration medium (102) is provided with particulate pack coated with a zwitterionic polyelectrolyte (106). The filtration medium is arranged to separate a first portion of the treatment fluid stream in the treatment unit from a second portion of the treatment fluid stream in the treatment unit. The first portion of the treatment fluid stream comprises water. A first outlet (120) is provided on a first side of the first filtration medium. A second outlet (124) is provided on a second side of the first filtration medium opposite the first side. The treatment unit is configured to maintain a pressure differential of about 1 psi to about 25 psi across the filtration medium. The treatment unit is provided with a second filtration medium within the treatment unit. USE - Fluid treatment system for treating fracturing fluid or drilling mud recovered in wellbore operations, used in variety of subterranean treatment operations. Uses include but are not limited to well cleanup fluids, workover fluids, conformance fluids, cementing fluids, gravel pack fluids, acidizing fluids, spacer fluids in wellbore operations. ADVANTAGE - The system improves treatment of fluids recovered from wells. The zwitterionic polyelectrolyte coated filtration medium can draw water across the filtration medium while discouraging or preventing oil and contaminants from moving across the filtration medium. The system facilitates separating water from other fluids and contaminants than certain other filtration medium, uses a zwitterionic polyelectrolyte coated filtration medium to separate clean water from the fracturing fluid, thus facilitating disposal of the clean water or reuse of the clean water in pit washing operations. The treatment units can decrease the costs associated with the disposal of fracturing fluids, drilling muds, and other fluids used within an oil and gas well and allow for increased reuse of the fluids. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The second filtration medium comprises a porous substrate (104) coated with a graphene oxide. The particulate pack comprises a material selected from the group consisting of a metal, a ceramic material, and sand. The inlet is configured to receive the treatment fluid into the pretreatment component and an outlet is connected to the inlet of the treatment unit. The pretreatment component is provided with a dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit. The treatment unit is provided with a stirring or agitation device (128). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a a method for treating a treatment fluid recovered from wellbore operations, involves receiving the treatment fluid stream in a treatment unit via an inlet of the treatment unit, contacting the treatment fluid stream with a first filtration medium of the treatment unit, and separating a first portion of the treatment fluid stream from a second portion of the treatment fluid stream through the first filtration medium, where the first portion of the treatment fluid stream comprises water. The first portion of the treatment fluid stream is discharged through a first outlet of the treatment unit. The second portion of the treatment fluid stream is discharged through a second outlet of the treatment unit. A quantity of the treatment fluid recovered from the wellbore operations is received. The treatment fluid recovered from the wellbore operations is pretreated using pretreatment unit to form a pretreated treatment fluid stream, and the pretreated treatment fluid stream is discharged into the treatment unit. The third portion of the treatment fluid stream is separated from the first and second portions of the treatment fluid stream through a second filtration medium within the treatment unit, where the second filtration medium separates salts from the treatment fluid stream, and second portion comprises oil and the third portion comprises salt. The treatment fluid recovered from the wellbore operations is a fracturing fluid. The treatment fluid recovered from the wellbore operations is a drilling mud.
