NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene/graphene composite fiber with excellent antistatic performance comprises (1) adding the graphene oxide in distilled water, adding 1-4% modifier of graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring under the condition of adding hydrazine hydrate, and heating and refluxing to obtain the modified graphene, mixing modified graphene with polyethylene particles, adding dispersant, mixing uniformly in the high speed stirrer, using extruder to melt blending and pelleting, vacuum drying to obtain master batch, mixing the masterbatch and polyethylene particles uniformly, melting and blending and extruding in the double-screw extruder, spinning to obtain polyethylene/graphene composite fiber, the modifier is sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate, stearic acid, oleic acid and cetyl alcohol. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyethylene/graphene composite fiber with excellent antistatic performance. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good antistatic property and structure stability; high resistance; good thermal stability; good mechanical processing performance, is prepared by simple process, easy to control, good resistance electric durability, safety and no pollution; it is suitable for polyethylene/graphene composite fiber to antistatic field.
