NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by using carbon dioxide high-entropy solution adjusted by ionic liquid by inducing cavitation field to exfoliate comprises e.g. (i) adding certain amount of graphite powder and ionic liquid into a reaction kettle, adjusting and controlling the surface energy of the ionic liquid-carbon dioxide mixed solution using the ionic liquid-carbon dioxide mixed solution in the reactor as stripping agent, and the solubility parameter value is 30-50 MPa 1/2, (ii) turning on the stirring system of the reactor, and making the stripping agent and graphite powder to fully mix evenly at 1000-3000 revolutions/minute, (iii) stabilizing the system pressure and temperature, and adjusting the flow rate to perform continuous circulation operation, (iv) closing the pump and valve after the operation, and collecting the graphene solution after releasing the pressure of the reactor, and (v) ultrasonic treating, and drying in an oven to obtain graphene product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by using carbon dioxide high-entropy solution adjusted by ionic liquid by inducing cavitation field to exfoliate. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes ionic liquid, which is environmentally friendly; and solves problem of the van der Waals force between graphene layers to make it peel off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene by using carbon dioxide high-entropy solution adjusted by ionic liquid by inducing cavitation field to exfoliate comprises (i) adding certain amount of graphite powder and ionic liquid into a reaction kettle, where the mass ratio between ionic liquid and graphite powder is 1:10-1:20, sealing the reactor, introducing carbon dioxide into the reactor at a pressure of 10-30 MPa, heating at 40-80 degrees C, adjusting and controlling the surface energy of the ionic liquid-carbon dioxide mixed solution at 20-40 mJ/m2 using the ionic liquid-carbon dioxide mixed solution in the reactor as stripping agent, and the solubility parameter value is 30-50 MPa 1/2, (ii) turning on the stirring system of the reactor, and making the stripping agent and graphite powder to fully mix evenly at 1000-3000 revolutions/minute, (iii) stabilizing the system pressure and temperature, turning on the plunger pump of the circulation bypass, locating cavitation generator, and adjusting the flow rate to perform continuous circulation operation at a flow rate of 0.1-1 m/s for 3-12 hours, (iv) closing the pump and valve after the operation, and collecting the graphene solution after releasing the pressure of the reactor, and (v) ultrasonic treating the graphene solution, then using an organic filter membrane for suction filtration, and drying in an oven to obtain graphene product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for system for preparing graphene by using carbon dioxide high-entropy solution adjusted by ionic liquid by inducing cavitation field to exfoliate.
