NOVELTY - The electrode has a nanosilver wire provided with a nanosilver wire network layer that is contacted with a transparent substrate e.g. glass substrate and macromolecular film substrate. A graphene layer is formed on the nanosilver wire network layer. The nanosilver wire is connected with a junction. Diameter and length of the nanosilver wire are respectively 10-100 nanometer and 2-100 micrometer. White light is generated by using a xenon lamp. Thickness of the graphene layer is 1-300 nanometer. A protection film role prevents oxidation of the nanosilver wire by moisture and oxygen. USE - Transparent electrode for use in a touch screen panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is formed on an upper portion of the nanosilver wire network layer so as to improve chemical stability of the graphene layer. The electrode has prolonged service life, constant resistance, high photon texture efficiency and high electric conduction, and avoids oxidation of the nanosilver wire due to moisture and oxygen. The electrode facilitates welding of the nanosilver wire during photon texture process at room temperature. The electrode avoids deformation of the transparent substrate.
