NOVELTY - Preparing three-in-one thermal insulation material using graphene as a heat reflective layer, comprises preparing graphene composite membrane having carbon fiber fabric support using carbon fiber felt, carbon fiber non-woven fabric, carbon cloth or prepreg as the carbon fiber fabric substrate, coating prepared graphene slurry evenly on the fabric substrate, drying in oven, rolling by calendar to obtain composite membrane material whose upper surface is a bright graphene film and whose lower surface is a carbon fiber support fabric is formed, and rolling for later use. The graphene composite membrane is prepared into a plate felt or a cylinder felt. USE - The method is useful in preparing three-in-one thermal insulation material using graphene as a heat reflective layer. ADVANTAGE - The method is simpler in structure, integrated, and convenient to install; easy to disassemble, replacing two materials with one material, which greatly saves the cost of consumables; graphene film has high density, the barrier property is much better than that of coating, corrosion resistance is better, and service life is longer; in-plane thermal conductivity of graphene film is high, heat soaking effect is more obvious, and interlayer thermal conductivity is much lower than that of graphite, and the thermal conduction loss is small.
