▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A porous graphene-gold nanorod modified electrode comprises base electrode attached on the surface with gold nanorod and porous graphene. USE - Porous graphene-gold nanorod modified electrode used for detecting hydrogen peroxide (claimed), preferably electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide without enzyme. ADVANTAGE - The modified electrode has good sensitivity, selectivity and biological compatibility, it can be used for detecting hydrogen peroxide electrochemical enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified electrode comprising soaking porous graphene and polyvinylpyrrolidone into water, mixing to obtain porous graphene dispersion liquid, adding gold nanorod, stirring for 22-24 hours, separating, washing porous graphene-gold nanorod composite material, dispersing in water, coating into surface of base electrode, and drying.
