▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A corrosion-resistant composite brazing filler metal comprises 10-22 wt.% aluminum, 0.3-0.6 wt.% silver, 0.4-1 wt.% copper, 0.05-0.2 wt.% rare earth element, 0.01-0.12 wt.% graphene, and remaining zinc. USE - Corrosion-resistant composite brazing filler metal for copper-aluminum transition wire clamp used for bus down-lead and electric device such as transformer, circuit breaker, isolating switch, and outlet terminal connection of wall bushing. ADVANTAGE - The eutectic structure ratio is increased and the crystal grains of the brazing filler metal are refined, so that the wetting and spreading property and the tensile strength of the brazing filler metal are improved. The graphene and the metal in the solder are sintered by vacuum hot pressing to form a laminated structure, which blocks the entry of corrosive media such as water and oxygen, so that the corrosion resistance of the composite brazing filler metal is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of corrosion-resistant composite brazing filler metal, which involves (1) weighing raw materials of composite brazing filler metal, (2) using an ultrasonic wave cell crusher to crush and disperse the graphene weighed in the step (1), and fully mixing and centrifuging the weighed metal raw material powder in step (1) and the graphene powder after dispersing treatment to obtain mixture of metal raw material and graphene powder, (3) uniformly mixing the mixture of the metal raw material and the graphene powder obtained in the step (2) by a mixer, and (4) high-temperature sintering the mixture of uniformly mixed metal raw material and graphene powder in the step (4) using vacuum hot pressing sintering method, sintering, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a final product.
