NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene composite fiber involves preparing (S10) a solution (A) by dispersing graphene in a dispersion solvent, preparing (S20) a solution (B) by adding a polymer to the solution (A), preparing (S30) graphene master chips by solidifying the solution (B) and cutting, and preparing (S40) graphene composite fiber by spinning the master chips and a polymer using a fiber spinning device. USE - Manufacture of graphene composite fiber (claimed) for PVC coated fabric for outdoor billboards and playground roofs. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene composite fiber in large quantities by adding small amount of graphene with polymer or nylon polymer.
