NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based thermally conductive interface material comprises (i) mixing graphene material, vinyl silicone rubber, hexagonal boron nitride, crystalline flake graphite, terminal hydroxy silicone oil, vinyl silicone oil and a first silane coupling agent, stirring to obtain rubber material, where the graphene material graphene, graphene/silicon dioxide composite powder and/or graphene/silicon dioxide composite sheet material, and (ii) compressing the rubber material, rolling and cutting. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based thermally conductive interface material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene-based thermally conductive interface material prepared by the above method.
