▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The probe has a substrate (202) comprising a formation surface for forming a graphene analysis layer (201) on the substrate. A test coating (204) is arranged on an analytical interface (205) of the graphene analysis. The test coating comprises a probe surface such that the test coating includes a transmission rate of an analyte (206) e.g. water, from the probe surface to the analytical interface, where the transmission rate is determined from a microwave frequency input signal and microwave frequency response signal from the analysis layer. The substrate is made of silicon carbide. The analyte is reversibly physisorbed to 1000 degree Celsius on the layer. USE - Analyte probe for use in a vapor transmission rate analyzer for determining a transmission rate of water vapor i.e. carbon dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The probe is capable of effectively determining the water vapor transmission rate with high sensitivity and accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a vapor transmission rate analyzer for determining water vapor transmission rate a process for determining water vapor transmission rate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an analyte probe. 201Graphene analysis layer 202Substrate 203Analyte sensor 204Test coating 205Analytical interface 206Analyte
