NOVELTY - A graphene and chitosan molecular chain-containing nanomaterial compound (I), is new. USE - New nanomaterial compound (I) used in preparation of drug for treating tumor and preparing vascular stent coating (all claimed) and tissue engineering application. ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial compound effectively realizes on-demand release of carbon monoxide under near-infrared irradiation by using graphene oxide to absorb near-infrared light and convert it into active electrons, thereby improving the decomposition of manganese pentacarbonyl bromide to release carbon monoxide molecules, which is used in tumor treatment, surface modification of implantable biological materials and tissue engineering. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene and chitosan molecular chain-containing nanomaterial compound of formula (I), is new. A = group of formula (i);and wavy bond = chitosan molecular chain segment. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanomaterial compound (I).
