NOVELTY - Graphene-aluminum-based synthetic material comprises 0.05-0.15 wt.% rare earth element added during aluminum-based alloy melting and casting. The mass of any rare earth element added is less than 0.05 wt.% of total mass of aluminum-based alloy. USE - Graphene-aluminum-based synthetic material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-aluminum-based synthetic material has excellent tensile strength of 475 MPa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-aluminum-based synthetic material comprising smelting aluminum ingot at 730 degrees C, adding silicon and rare earth elements of prescribed quality into molten aluminum alloy liquid, heating, melting, stir, adjusting temperature to 680-700 degrees C, pressing magnesium into aluminum alloy liquid, adding remaining ingredients and cooling to form ingot.
