NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene heat conductive film, involves (1) adding certain mass ratio of acetylene and silicon powder to cyclopropylacetylene at room temperature, mixing evenly, drying and placing on porous nickel foil in blaster, (2) placing spark plug at bottom of porous nickel foil, using spark plug to ignite, generate blasting reaction, after the reaction is completed, collecting leaked reaction product through hole in the porous nickel foil sheet, (3) taking out the reaction product, cooling, washing and drying to obtain graphene particles, (4) adding carbon fiber to graphene oxide solution obtained in step (3), mixing uniformly by centrifugation to obtain mixed solution of graphene oxide and carbon fiber, (5) uniformly coating mixed solution obtained in step (4) on polyethylene terephthalate film previously coated with release agent, placing at -20-10 degrees C for 1-2 hours and drying using nano dryer. USE - Preparation of graphene heat conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene heat conductive film by simple and environmentally-friendly process.
