NOVELTY - Highly elastic flame-retardant conductive fiber comprises composite flame-retardant slurry including 5-20 pts. wt. 5% aqueous graphene dispersion liquid, 40-60 pts. wt. 5% aqueous carbon nano-tube dispersion liquid, 10-30 pts. wt. aqueous -based flexible resin adhesive, 1-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.01-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. wetting agent and 0.1-5 pts. wt. thickening agent USE - Used as highly elastic flame-retardant conductive fiber comprising composite flame-retardant slurry. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environment-friendly, easy to operate, economical; improves the adhesion and maintain the lightness and flexibility of the original fiber; improve the adhesion and wear resistance of the conductive fiber; improves the conductivity of the conductive fiber; ensures that the carbon nano tube/graphene composite conductive fibers has high elasticity, uniform and stable resistance, high adhesion and has better application value in electric heating, anti-static, electromagnetic shielding, biosensor and battery electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-elastic flame-retardant conductive fiber comprising adding raw material into a stirring grinder, pre-dispersing at a speed of 800-1500revolutions/minute, adding zirconium oxide bead, grinding to obtain aqueous carbon nanotubes graphene composite flame retardant slurry with an average particle size of 500 nm, where the ratio of the zirconium oxide bead is 65-80%, the diameter is 1.0-2.0 mm, the grinding speed is 750-1000revolutions/minute, the time is 25-45 minutes, performing corona treatment on the base fiber to generate free radicals or ionic groups on the surface, setting the dyeing machine parameters, adjusting tension, stretching the fiber to a length of 50-150%, performing primary sizing and dyeing, stretching the fiber to length of 200-300%, performing secondary sizing and dyeing to obtain the carbon nano-tube/graphene conductive fiber, where the first sizing and dyeing process has a stretching length of 120%, the second sizing and dyeing process has a stretching length of 300% and the corona treatment is in the electric field of corona discharge with voltage of 3000-12000 volt and power of 10-500 watt.
